Those same qualities followed through with his crew when they showed up to start the job. In mid-2022, my upstairs unit had some issues and wasn’t heating. AOK diligently troubleshot the issue, which turned out to be an equipment failure. He did alot of the small jobs for me and always for alot less then i figured would cost. When we moved to a larger house he continued servicing my furnace and air conditioning. He helped sort out some issues and always looked for ways to make things better. I like that you can call Shane and he will get right back to you and if you have a problem hes there before you know it. When we decided to switch the house over to natural gas he was the guy.
