We called a few local companies to get quotes on new units. This company was by far the best company we had in our home. AOK will always give you a fair and competitive price, a timely quote, and professional overall service. The overall installation was hassle free and easy. Shane (the owner) was present throughout the whole process, and his installers Tom and Gabby were awesome! What puts this company over the top was their pride in their work. They were meticulous in what they did, took pride, and showed nothing but respect for our home and this project.

Came out on a Sunday and had very good rates, Shane was very knowledgeable and very polite. Quoted us a replacement price for our central air, wich was very good, and gave us two window units to use to get by... who does that now days?? Thank You Shane!

This year my husband and I decided to put in the split ac/heating units in our house. It is helping us save money with our oil bill and kept our house very cold in the summer. The problem took some time to resolve while parts were ordered so they brought us heaters to keep our house warm. They worked tirelessly until resolving the problem and were consistently friendly, understanding and ALWAYS professional. AOK had not installed the original HVAC system in our home but they took ownership and wouldn't stop until they found the underlying issue. Winter 2025 starting off with a bang so I wanted to update my review...From Kerry in the office to Shane and his team in the field, every person I have interacted with has been professional, efficient, knowledgeable and kind. Wether you have an emergency or just need routine maintenance I highly recommend AoK heating! Our oil filter froze on the house this morning, called AOK and they responded right away but said couldn't get to our house until the afternoon. They arrived around 11am, got the heater running quickly and the price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend them. Great communication, very friendly and efficient. Thank you so much!

We were having trouble with our mini split system and they sent out an technician to find out what was wrong… The technicians name was Kaylinn, she was friendly and very thorough with our system, and explained everything that was going on and fixed the issue and now we are cool as cucumbers. Just a side note, every time she came into the house she put on booties…. very professional of the company! Any other problems I will be calling them.

I just had a Daikin heat pump mini split system installed along with a Goodman AC unit. The installation guys were very knowledgeable and professional. They laid tarps down to reduce the dirt and cleaned all area after the work performed. The guys were very accommodating when having to move items in my attic, along with working with me on the best way to install the ventilation system in my attic to not interfere with my storage. The units look nice and neat along with matching painted duct work on the side of the house. My house is really cool now and will enjoy these systems for years to come.
